You got this! IOCT is tough. Every old grad has hated life once they finished running it. Some have puked in the bucket at the finish line also. A big part of dealing with the shelf is technique. Use your foot on the bottom to get enough force to get your hips up far enough. Then you firmly get your groin area on to the edge of the shelf. That gets your center of gravity up to where it's less of a fight. For me the better the shelf was done, the less upper body strength I was using. I saw your rope climb also. The rope climb is all about the legs. Your upper body is merely holding you level while you move your legs up. Moving your knees aggressively up to almost your chest level will get you those pushing movements that will knock out big chunks of rope. Your grapevine lock on the rope has to be very efficient also. Practice getting the grapevine lock until you can do it with your eyes closed. You can't be wasting upper body endurance while you you mess with getting the rope locked. The less iterations of leg locks you do going up mean you are being more efficient. This is an opportunity for improvement. Anything you do with core body strength, upper body strength, and anaerobic sprints to deal with the laps on the upper deck of Arvin Gym. Also I am sure if you asked a DPE instructor, they would would gladly give you personal training on your own time.
