Bomber is a really cool RC car. The front link and a few parts need to be changed, but it is a really good RC car with one performance. It's a great video.👍👍👍

Just got my savvy 2.0. looks so cool. I am not planning on making mine out crawl my wraith, but to be an all around trail truck and mud bomber. A lot of stuff we do here in Cincinnati involes water , creek running and loose dirt hill climbs/ bouncing.

the bomber is on sale for 100$ off at any horizon dealer. so amain, rpp etc...until the 6th. prolly at your local hobby shop too if they are an authorized horizon dealer.

awesome stuff ! I found an unused bomber kit last September. got a castle 1900 with the mamba x for the aux wire control. ordered 2 set of aluminum c hubs and knuckles because your videos with rear steer. I know rear steer on the bomber is kinda unrealistic, but its my only crawler so I couldnt resist

Cool, this will be fun to watch - I came really close to getting one recently (plus a pile of upgrades, including the metal plates to brace the plastic lower rear links), but ultimately decided against. It's weirdly hard to find parts for them here in the UK, plus the price (at least here) feels a little high for such an old kit with all that plastic in it. It's still tempting though... curious to see what you make of it! 👍

oh and the remedy for the the sway bar hitting the chassis is to just shorten the sway bar link just a bit. i found a an old solid axial plastic link that was on a random parts tree. works fine

I believe there on sale for 100$ off so that would make it well worth it. Or maybe that was the Wrath? Anyway it’s nice to see more videos. I was wondering if you have any mini crawlers? I Recently took out my SCX 24 Jeep wagon with Furitek electronics & it climbed a very steep rock face way further up then I thought possible it surprised me. I actually took a video of it. It was definitely fun & cool to see it do so well especially for its size.

Enough of the remove the spring cup mod.Do it right. Use softer springs, shorter shocks, and or shock mount relocation.

I thought you'd try the ryft next especially with horizons $100 off,but if u had a bomber and sold it I understand.I still have my original from the kit one of the best deals axial ever had,what a great rc that just works crawling or rock racing/bouncing and with the big diffs super reliable.Maybe the Swaybar hits because of the shocks being lowered?

Watching KOH these past few days has me jonzing for something like this. I love the looks of the Losi U4 lasernut but hear quality issues and parts scarcity as opposed to these being fairly plentiful. Either way they look great!

Used your technique of a cut-off wheel on my rotary tool and removed a few stripped screws from my sons two RC cars. The drive shafts on both had broke and the crappy screws that held them on were stripped down inside the holes… cheap cars, I know, but it worked! Thanks for the tip. Also, I found this video in the first place because I got the bomber a month ago and we ruined the spur gear (I think) so I was researching some tear down videos. What size pinion are you running?

Could you do the axial scx24?

Why remove the spring cups? Why not just twist the shock caller up. And the sway bar was designed for the yeti so you need shorter links

what made you get the blue one? i picked up the savvy black one.

Thanks for your video. Nice to see a Bomber video. These are quite rare nowadays. I'm interested to see and hear more about this truck because I'm about to start my own custom Bomber build with a two speed transmission. It would be nice to understand the nature of the Bomber and how to tune it to different styles and is there an all-round setup possibility for U4 racing and rock crawling.
