This looks very good. I can see how this game could be frustrating to someone who would have a bad luck streak, but for this genre it really fits. Sandbox games appeal to me; Westerns are cool. So we have a chocolate + peanut butter situations. Looking forward to this KS and this game!

@Jochem Robbing the bank can be a great way for Wanted players to rack up on cash and Wanted points, but there are a few drawbacks. 1. You're right next to the Sheriff's Office and will very often be a great target for players who trigger Story cards. 2. You have to defeat the guard to succesfully rob the bank. You can only attempt to rob the bank once per turn so you're not guaranteed to sucesfully complete the action. If you fail, you still gain 1 Wanted Point which makes you a target for the Sheriff (see point 1) as well as any Marshal players looking for some easy Marshal points. 3. You can only carry $120. If you rob the bank two turns in a row you'll lose money to the limit. Overall, Robbing the Bank is a powerful action and I highly encourage Wanted Players to take advantage of it when they can. But, like most actions in the game, you have to wait for the oppurtune time which will largely depend on what the other players are doing.

I just bought this game and noticed it looks different from this one.

Some of my figures are different mold shapes like the Sherriff in the final version. Is tabt correct, I didn’t see a figure guide in my KS copy

You say the award is unknown until you wrangle the cattle at 15:53 but the rulebook on page 12 literally says, "players may look at the reward on their cattle token at any time". Im confused

can you use "sprint" after going to the railstation and turning in cattle? then move again? the cards and the cattle is both after move action.. hmmm

This is a GREAT looking game. I LOVE the western theme and we don't have enough western themed games out there. However it is just too light weight for me. It is what it is - chugging along the board gaining LP here and there to win but the tasks performed are all very minor and really don't amount to much and I see a lot of repetitiveness of scenarios just to gain a point. I was hoping for some weight with the goal cards but those really don't add anything to the experience either. I would like to see a real story laid over this world to make it a more immersive game for each character. At the lowest price point it's too much to back for a light game. If it was a lot cheaper I'd be interested.

Looks really interesting, how long would a game take? You mention the various LP requirements but assuming 4 players roughly how long would a game take to reach 15 or 25 for example ?

This was a prototype board right? I was looking for this variant since I actually like the money cards and fight cards to the left, but I couldn't find this map anywhere.

What happens if you receive all wounds? and what happens if you get attacked and have no poker cards?

Is playing poker at the saloon in the game just a game of drawing the highest card off the poker deck? In your explanation, you mention that players playing "draw a poker card." So is that it? No actual poker? People just draw a card and whoever has the highest card wins? That sounds like a missed opportunity. Do the cards they draw get discarded afterward?

Isn't robbing the bank succesfully a bit too overpowered? I mean 3 wanted points and $80 is a lot? I would rob the bank every turn then. Hope you nerfed that a bit I would say 2 wanted points and $60 or at least tested this it just feels like way too much. I hope I'm not right :-S
