Hi Rita, you can't touch the berries after the lustre is applied. You have to be very careful with it .

Your art work is superb and may I ask do you add alcohol onto every luster dust to make the metallic look on the chocolate strawberries and what happens to the leftover luster dust after is done?

Hey there, I apply the lustre wet and dry. For finer work i use wet, for larger coverage i use dry. Simply put any leftover lustre back in pouch and seal to reuse for another time.
