This is a quick demo of a local urban freshwater wetlands called Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area. This painting gives us an opportunity to explore water reflections.

I always admire the fact you're not afraid of bold vivid colours - a lot of artists are avoiding them, saying these colours are not met in nature. But I just love how you put these bright greens and reds right away even before you started - creates such joyful mood

There is so much suggestion, rather than reproduction, used in creating works like these. It is wonderful to see the way that the painting becomes the driving force rather than the photo. It is like a dance....

I Totally love the painting! It’s small and lose . But the music was unnerving. So yes the volume was off .

This was a bit hard to see with the black and your shadow. Good otherwise.
