65 this year. Most of my friends dead, family all gone. Alone again. Life sucks but music through tears of memories brings a smile.

58 ears old..wife gone to young pastures new, house gone, car gone, kids and grandkids do not even recognise me and never visit, job gone, no friends and no social interaction with anybody,scratching a living on UC....but I got you tube and the sound of my youth and happier times. So I guess I should be grateful reaaly.

90s was an awesome era.. this is a masterpiece and such a soft number. Used to listen in undergrad years. Life has changed so much.. hubby left for his heavenly abode too early but this songs reminds me of him even in 2024.

This song makes me cry. It was my mom and dad's song(well, The Troggs' version... they married in 1971). They were married 47 years. My mom passed away in February 2018 after a long battle with early-onset Alzheimer's. My dad took care of her every single day until her passing, keeping his vow to love, honor, and care for her forever. My mom also loved this version when she first heard it on the radio. This version has a special place in my heart because we were listening to it on the radio in the car when she told me the story of how they met.

I've listened to this so many times in the last 30 days. This was our song at our wedding 26 years ago. My wife battled cancer for over 9 years and now she's with God feeling no pain at all. She was welcomed by her parents and is dancing in Heaven. She gave me two great kids that that are being a great example of how to handle loss. I miss you LaDonna.

This is my fave song first time I heard this song I was in a bar and cafe in Singapore I was on tour, unwinding from my too hectic and stressful work abroad as deputy nursing director. This reminds me of my late beloved husband Angel as he used to hummed this song, he is now in heaven for 13 yrs now, our only child will be a lawyer in d nearest future. I maybe alone but I still love this song and in love with life, this beautiful song kept my sanity for the last 13 yrs since he passed away. Thank GOD.
