Won’t release that cause he wasn’t dragged and lied to the entire nation in paper and video on public records. The cop was reenacting the scene except he stepped in a puddle on the way to smash Scottie’s window

The cop ran up to and accosted the car!! The cop was never dragged. The cop lied and this cop seems to be a crooked cop!!

Interesting fact: Bryan Gillis's mother, father, mother's brother, and father's sister are all still alive and yet add up to exactly 2 people. Quite odd. As Gillis would say, "I tell you what" (the 'what' gets pronounced where you hear the "H" before the "W")
