WOULD NEVER PAY $! MILLION FOR A CONDO SINCE I ALREADY OWN A HOUSE IN SANTA MONICA THAT IS TOTALLY PAID FOR WITH TAXES UNDER PROP 13 THAT ARE VERY LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
