Can i be honest and say that its hard to get a feel for the space, especially the bedroom, when every shot is so close up we can't see how things are placed in the room! Its kinda frustrating. Isnt space and how you fit stuff the main part of what you can get for your buck!? Also what was behind the door through the bathroom? If it was extra storage which is so key and integral to what you can get for a certain amount every month in nyc, why not show us or at least address it? Anyway thanks so much, this is my favorite series... when i can see the full room!

I'm wondering if the lack of a sink in the bathroom isn't a violation of some code. It isn't really sanitary to be washing your hands which may have possible faecal matter where you wash wares and prepare food...that's crazy. The landlord needs to address that.

Christo Klair I agree that this is probably some code violation. NYC apartments be having some funky setups. Now, to your other point, people wash raw meat and vegetables that have (or could have) harmful bacteria in the kitchen sink so the hand washing is not that big of a deal to me. She just needs to keep that area disinfected.

Actually in NYC you just gotta deal with it. Ive seen people with their bathtub in the middle of the kitchen. If you want something normal here youd be payin twice.

The bathroom in a house is the filthiest area. The fact that she brushes her teeth and washes her face in the kitchen is immaterial. Furthermore, if there is a code violation where bathroom sink is concerned is very minimal. It doesn’t minimize fire hazard in the apartment. What you should be concerned about the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and whether there any fire extinguishers. People often bath small children in kitchen sinks. It requires that you clean after using each time b

@@spsaunde In that case why even have a sink in the bathroom? It's not "immaterial" as it was part of the house tour. I'm commenting on a material fact which she highlighted. The point is that is is NOT sanitary. Period. She has no small children and so your point is irrelevant and even then, having no sink in the bathroom is unacceptable. Clearly, you don't have a sink in your bathroom...You seem triggered.

Quaint little spot and proud of her for scoring such a great price! I love the idea of using a blush brush to dust 💡The ceramics and plants were beautiful and my fav part. Bianca has such a cool and inviting personality 💜

Kinda weird with the product placement and that she weaved it into her dialogue, but subtle enough I guess. I will say that type of product placement gives me less warm & fuzzies or trust about a video and the channel. I prefer a straightforward approach at the beginning, similar to what you showed at the end. That being said, I still love Sweet Digs (just some well intentioned feedback). I love her place & style, self confidence in her artwork. The perfume moment was funny. Being from California, I was uncomfortable with the shelf above the bed. Earthquake!! 😁😁😁. Beautiful place!

Georgina Sandnes it is. It’s crazy, but people out there are paying like 3k for something like that especially in the area she’s at. There are apartments in which the bathroom is just the toilet ,sink and shower in a corner with no division (like a door and walls)

ok just missing a sink isn’t enough to explain why this apartment in manhattan is cheaper than every apartment (studios) i’ve ever rented in DC...what floor is this on? does it have heat? how many miles away from a usable subway stop is this? how many ghosts does it have and what are their grudges (I assume they are mean ghosts)???

I went to one of my professor’s apt in Chinatown. She’s an artist as well, and man her apartment was just as perfect as this. The natural light from the gigantic windows was what I remember the most.

I was almost jealous of her having such a large kitchen downtown for the same price I pay uptown, until she said no bathroom sink. Ugh! No way. Instant deal breaker for me. That’s actually kind of gross. I’ll keep small Kitchen and bathroom sink uptown.

They’ve shown people that have the tiniest apartments and make them amazing anyway. They’re paying an arm and a leg and they hardly get a kitchen. They show everyone’s apartment it’s just New York is ridiculous expensive and the price she gave was actually CHEAP compared to what some people in New York are ACTUALLY paying for their bathroom sized apartments lol

Yes they should! I remember them showing a girl who made $150,000 a year in L.A and she said she was struggling financially ..... like girl fuck outta here lol. The real struggles is making under 20,000 in such an exspensive city those are the real ppl I wanna see lol.

Im living in Brooklyn too. $850 for a room in an apartment with 4 other roomates. Utililities included. The whole building is roomates, no regular apartments.

This is such a steal for NYC and I love it. I live just outside of NYC in Westchester County but my goal is to relocate to NYC in the next few years!!! The city gives me such a different type of vibe and energy whenever I go down there.
