This home is located at 5271 Latimer in West Bloomfield Township, MI. It is just over 5,000 sqft, has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, sits on nearly half an acre, and It is built right off of Cass Lake!

I did a KZfaq tour on a $3.1 Million dollar walk through here in Phoenix AZ and the home i toured has nothing on this one. This home is absolutely beautiful.

Great video. Just a tip to make your videos better, you are somewhat shaky with the camera. Investing in a drone would be a good idea to get some air shots of the house and also makes the shots still.

I’m an Afro Latino LGBTQ oriented male and I fear I may never get a position at a real estate agency because of the color of my skin , my “nappy hair” and my sexual orientation. Also how did you find your brokerage? Did you know before joining that this was where you wanted to be? Or did it take you interviewing at your brokerage to know?

So, lots of people can "claim" the house and try to sell it? Not just one broker, or one agent?

So this is a home listed by an agent in my office. You cannot falsely claim a listing as your own, you have to have permission to film and advertise a property, or even use the professional photos with credit to the original listing agent. You can show and sell any home as a buyer's agent - you can even represent both the seller and the buyer on the same deal, but you cannot pass a listing under contract with another agent as your own!

Do u work primarily in Michigan or "all over," if u will...? I notice the house has no pool. I also notice that if u desire to be in the water, u have ur own private beach & a bigger "pool" than u could ever want in the form of a bona fide LAKE!! THAT'S ur "pool," lol! I wonder how much a house like that would cost in the Hollywood Hills? A LOT more than $2.8 mil, lemme tell ya!!

Soooo...🤔 you get a huge mansion with all that space and high taxes. If you ever go broke. Guess what happens? Back to the ghetto or wherever you come from. Ok we got a sister flaunting her wealth. Let me tell you if 1st of all. If I had it. I always give all the praises 🙏 to GOD. However, if i were to have half of what she has. Id rather buy land, land oh and more land and put houses on it to rent. If one thing a white man hasn't taught us by now you get property and pass it on to your children and family and have the same for generations. I'm glad my grandparents did that for our generational family. Also we were taught. Pride cometh before the fall. "What good does it prophet a man to gain the whole world. That entryway, so much waisted space. Looks too small for someone to be spending a great deal of money on into 6figures, I would have opened it up or chose a different house at the very least, looks too cramped.

Sorry, but I couldn’t finish the video. The camera was way too shaky and making me nauseous. Also, with the lighting and the angles I couldn’t see much of the actual house. Mostly just your face. Not trying to hate, just letting you know how you might improve.
