Nailea I usually don't comment on your videos but I was touched by your vulnerability in the first 6 mins of the video. The way you voice out a lot of people struggle with anxiety/addiction was relatable af, and that helps people see that the process for bettering own mental health is not linear. " Recently I've been taking a lot of naps" I have been through anxiety medication and I feel it's a demerit of anxiety medication, it makes you sleepy and the constant urge to nap is always there. I used to take a lot naps, and sleep a lot due to my medications. It isn't bad until it's affecting your daily routine, like it did to me.
