i’m impressed at how much space you get for $4500 in LA! we were paying $3000 for a one bedroom in san diego and had 1100 sq/ft without a private rooftop hahah- love the tour though! so cool to see the full setup outside of just the videos

I've been so curious about this; your loft is amazing. Do you have an aesthetic you would sort of categorize the style as? Era/year the building was built? I've been trying to find interior designs just like this; it's my favorite, but I don't know what to call it to find more similar. Also, you got me wanting a plant tour too now; they all look so good.

Cool walk thru. I know 1700 s-ft isn't a ton to do all the stuff you all do, but it looks totally workable, and way more tidy than I could ever keep a home studio... even if you did a little cribs-style-clean-up before shooting. Also, I'm always amazed at how much you guys feel comfy sharing. I am not made to be a KZfaqr. lol.

Very nice apartment but man those LA prices trip me out! $4500 per month will get you a solid estate here in Cincinnati. But then again we get the 5 months of clouds and rain, some snow, and of course our sports suck.

This was equal parts aspirational and depressing. Great looking apartment though, definitely peak hipster loft aesthetic goals (that's the aspirational part)

i was far better off paying rent. made way more and way better for my mental health than if i lived in a car for a year. still saved enough to put a down payment on a home.
