@@QueenJodiandAP first of all, everything is relative. What is luxury to some could be seen as standard quality to others. That said, in the spectrum of real estate, there are universal norms that determine what makes a property luxury, premium, high quality, standard or inferior. Luxury is often wrongly used interchangeably with premium because of the exclusivity, rarity and exceptional high value of The components that constitute the property (from location to material and design). Yet luxury stands above premium. To make my answer shorter, this property would rank as above standard or at best… quality house. A luxury kitchen would not have a standard looking kitchen like this one with laminate and tiles covered cement counter. I am not trying to knock it off by the way; just being objective as this is a field I am very familiar with.but again it’s a nice property I would live in.

America and Africa are not the same place. In Africa security is top priority not because its more unsafe than America but because people also like there privacy too. You will never have this for 80.000 in the USA 🇺🇸 even without security come on you will pay interest in the bank for the first 15 years than you will start paying you house after with you security another 50 dollars a month .
