I see Jamaica and some other Caribbean countries as external territories of Africa. Jamaica in particular has a lot of commonalities and spiritual connection with The Motherland, that you can quickly detect when you step a foot in countries like The Gambia, Ghana and so forth.

These homes are nice but why should you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home with no standard road (paved roads). All these roads are sandy roads with no drainage systems. So during there will be stagnant water everywhere during the rainy season.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct, good road is needed but as you can see there are multiple houses being built in this area everyday and it's a newly developed area. The government is responsible for building roads not necessarily developers. There are however times when the community come together to build roads and from what we hear this community have that in the works.

HI that's a wonderful question. The average rent cost in this area is D10,000 to D15,000 per month unfurnished last we checked that's around $144 to $216 per month according to Google. Furnished can range from D25,000 to D40,000 per month that's around $360 to $576 per month. This price is also based on the proximity to the airport and ease of access to the main road.
