Hi I wanted to know if this apartment covers the whole too floor or not because I feel like the circular garden is connecting to neighbouring apartment which is kinda weird

It does connect with the neighbor. There is still a lot of separation and privacy. I believe they were really friendly with the neighbor, so it didn't bother them. It's definitely something you can likely build on if you wanted additional privacy.

How about building affordable housing in Vancouver?? We have more than enough luxury condos and upper middle class condos I greater vancouver ☹ all while working class and lower middle class Canadians are being evicted due to demolition of old apartment complexes ....
