Greatly appreciate the fact that you don’t show your kids much at all in the video and if you do it’s only the backs of their heads. Too many parents put their kids in their videos and it hurts my heart to see small children being exposed online without truly knowing the extent of the actions that having those videos online FOREVER can do to them. Your kids will thank you later! P.S. all that food looked SO good and balanced and was super inspiring! Thanks for all you do 😊

Lobsters don't have a central nervous system (if I remember correctly, they do have a simple nervous system but it is far more simple than an insects even), so they don't feel pain. That said, many chefs don't boil them alive but rather dispatch them by a blade between the eyes, freezing them, and/or plunging them in to boiling water head first. A few countries have actually banned live boiling them as well.

@@ASMRMagic that's true but there's harm that's avoidable and harm that's not and since we humans have to eat something the animals dying for plants is unfortunately something we can't avoid (for now, at least). And if these animals are really a factor we consider it still means eating animal products causes more harm since they're getting fed with a huge amount of plants until they're getting killed to be eaten. Hope that makes sense.
