📃Ingredients:
8 Chicken Wings (middle)
Marinade:
1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce ( hk.lkk.com/en/products/suprem...)
1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce (hk.lkk.com/en/products/premiu...)
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (hk.lkk.com/en/products/sesame...)
Typhoon Shelter Topping:
3-4 tablespoons Fried Garlic
2 tablespoons Fried Shallots
5-6 tablespoons Panko Breadcrumbs (normal breadcrumbs are also fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt (fine salt)
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (hk.lkk.com/en/products/white-...)
20-30g Spring onions, chopped
10-30g Chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Method:
First marinade the chicken with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil.
Poke some holes in the wings to help them cook quicker (it’s only helpful if you’re in a hurry).
Add some corn starch and mix well.
Pan fry the chicken wings on medium heat. When the wings are caramelized on one side, flip and then put the lid on the pan.
Turn to low heat and cook for about 4-6 minutes.
Take out the cooked wings and place them on a plate.
Clean and then dry the pan.
Chop some spring onions and chili.
Grind the fried garlic and friend shallots. Add white pepper and salt.
Add some oil to the pan and stir fry the spring onions and chilies for 20-30 seconds.
Add the breadcrumbs and toss well. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the garlic mixture and turn the heat to low and toss for 1-2 minutes. Careful not to burn the breadcrumbs.
Add the cooked chicken wings back into the pan and toss to coat.
Enjoy hot!
