volley boast off a crosscourt is a surprisingly effective shot. your opponent is moving at high speed to cover the straight volley drop or straight drive on your side, they have to change direction and if you do the right sort of two wall boast its a winner or at the very least its working them hard. i recommend. but it depends on from what part of the court your opponent played the crosscourt, its more effective in certain positions
