Phil Escott has been an advocate and practitioner of the carnivore diet since 2015. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to understanding and promoting the benefits of this diet through personal experience and extensive research. Phil's journey began after facing significant health challenges, including severe psoriatic arthritis, which led him to explore various dietary solutions. His shift to a carnivore diet marked a turning point, resulting in remarkable health improvements and the alleviation of his symptoms. With nearly a decade of following this diet, Phil has become a respected voice in the carnivore community, sharing his insights and experiences to help others who are looking to make similar health transformations.

My baby granddaughter Daisy has been carnivore essentially from 4mths. Her development was off the charts, she walked at 8mths. At her first birthday party, i watched her trying to climb out the window to see her dog. Give her a month she will have that worked out. For brekky she eats bacon and eggs, for dinner she loves lamb chops and favors the fat. She is 1, but looks and moves like a 2 year old. She has a cousin who was born 4 days apart. They now look a year apart.

I have heard women lose their teeth enamel when they are pregnant because the baby "steals" the calcium from the mother's body. Is that true, and does carnivore keep it from happening?

African babies walk at 5 months
@johnallen7367
@johnallen7367 3 ай бұрын
@@Kitiwake do they? Probably because they eat whole foods, and a couple of tribes such as the massai, are carnivore. Thanks for making my point. My point was that western babies usually walk at 12-14 months, my granddaughter walked at 8 months. My point is her development was considerably ahead of expectations. There are always many variables, and I dont believe all africans expect their babies to be walking at 5mths.

Great chat....thank you. I struggled for years and years trying to heal myself with more and more ‘healthy’ plants and ended up with malnutrition. The farting, dry eye, crusty eyes, high anxiety, short term memory loss, bloating, and gut pain was all considered normal by any doctor I consulted.

I was keto 3 years, mostly carnivore for a year now. 2/3 of those eating plant based are vegan for ethical reasons and I can respect that even if it's not a healthy diet. Keto and carnivore are dietary lifestyles, not religions. Do them the best you can as you choose and if you're not satisfied with the results, do them better. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

I believe that anyone who has been low carb/carnivore for over 5 years is long term. 10 years is a very elite group. 40 years is only a handful and there is one who is supposed to be 65 years so far. Have seen Phil on UK carnivore chats. Good to see his full story.

I am 72, keto now carnivore for 4 years now, but the last time I was sick with anything was a cold I had 16 years ago when I was eating a high carb diet. Neither did I have aches & pains. But I was 40 pounds overweight which I lost on keto and have easily kept off. I've moved towards carnivore for its simplicity of keeping carbs low. Plus I'm doing resistance training so I building muscle mass which is imperative for someone my age. I'm satisfied.

Wonderful interview guys. I'm 9 months in and right at the oxalate in the eyes dumping wave. At 77 I expect it will take years to fully recover from SAD. Great to hear my expectations are correct. On my way. 💪😎👌BTW for anyone going through the eye oxalate dumping I find colloidal silver drops to be a God send.

It absolutely can happen. Some people are genetically prone to over absorption of iron. If overall you are better on the carnivore diet, the simplest solution is to donate blood every once in awhile. It will save lives and lessen your iron.

@@jayjenkins4384 Problem is that here I'm Sweden you aren't allowed to donate blood of ferritin levels are above 200. My Value is above 500 and I don't have hemochromatosis. I'm asking for a phlebotomy but doctors here are doing it at levels above 1000.

Are you a doctor? No, a doctor diagnoses people. I’m giving nutrition advice that reverses that diagnosis. Do you just want someone to tell you you’re sick or actually understand WHY you’re sick AND fix the problem?
