I think it’s from a customer perspective. When someone thinks of an arborist, they probably just think tree diagnosis and the crew does the work, but chainsaws are too much fun so we never give them up!

Virginia Tech website, State University for wherever you live, and/or Google the Latin name of the trees while describing the area of the tree that is damaged
