Can you leave your assets , directing thru living will when I die not only for medical purposes to avoid probate , atty’s fees and court order . Ty

Thank you this was very helpful. I am studying for an exam and this provided very detailed information to help me understand a living will, and power of attorney. I especially appreciated that you included information on the POLST which better clarified the extent to which the living will applies.
