30 years ago kids at premier league clubs were on 2 or 3 or 4 grand a week which was still well more than everyone else. kids today are not worse than ever. thats a myth that every generation tells itself.

@@user-ij7gy3bs6c kids like Robbie Fowler, Andy Cole and David Beckham were not on yts schemes mate. The best young players got contracts from the big clubs. In 1994, a 21 year old Chris Sutton was earning 10 grand a week. Honestly mate, the idea that its just modern young players who were spoilt isn't true.

Rashford in the 2/3% Hasn’t got time for anybody outside the media. Ask anybody under the age of 15 that spend time waiting for players after the game. Most players stop and sign kids jerseys or have pictures etc. And if they don’t one week you can guarantee they will next time… Rashford never does

What an absolute load of crap! I no loads of footballers Newcastle, spurs , Leicester, coventry and villa and the majority are ego driven. The one footballer who was ever nice to me was Drogba in a busy airport. Met Robbie savage i was a big fan coming from class of 92 but he was a right tool. I could name 100 more but it's not right. He works in football, his salary is dependent on him not being truthful, the way of the world these days sadly. Read a book years ago and one of the chapters was about stories from a guy who worked in the players lounge at Chelsea, stories about Jones and Wise etc, Man Utd players, most were bellends according to the guy, if anything the players are probably worse now. Savage has always seemed like a prize prick.

@jonathanwatts9492 I don't think you listened to the video properly he was talking about how they are as people not what lifestyle they live. I highly doubt because they've money 80% of footballers aren't normal people that have manners and overall just think the same way as most people about things. He's definitely right on the charitable side of things I could sit here and name you loads of players that do charity work and then they're probably are a few horrible footballers but just because there's a player that isn't happy with getting subbed or won't sign 1 autograph for a fan doesn't actually mean they're that horrible being a footballer has got to be frustrating in that sense.
