Yes, you are right. But this is applicable to one who got hired before 2022 Q2. Because most of them are still working. What he said in the video is applicable to the one who tried/seeking for a job after 2022 Q2. I have seen, I have faced. Majority of the jobs on the job portals are fake in the present days. If you can see a genuine job post then don't worry, that particular position will be reserved for a person referred through some consultancies.
