Hi doctor you videos have been helping me so much. I am fighting gastritis and worried about my health. I’ve been checked by doctors several times who say my stomach lining is inflamed. However when I eat foods that affect my stomach , all my joints hurt and become inflamed. Is that normal, or unrelated to my Gastritis?

What happens to the stomach and digestion when a person is DRY FASTING? No eating, no drinking. I’ve done dry fasting for 3 days. I’ve done personally 72 hours without food or water and felt renewed! Thank you in advance.

I have a friend that refuses to go to the doctors she had a bad bladder infection and used probiotics in capsules to get rid of it and it worked perfectly

Thanks for pointing this out. Probiotics have indeed been shown to accelerate recovery from urinary tract infections and also infectious gastroenteritis

I was recommended probiotics for symptoms in my abdomen that causes pain similar to peptic ulcer symptoms. Can u explain if probiotics should be taken for these reasons. Thank u
