This also works in summer, but it only runs the fan at medium speed to circulate outside air through the car so it doesn't get stifling inside...

Thank you so much for the infos I’ve been getting from your videos. Have a question though, just replaced the compressor on my 2000 e320 and now the EC button won’t turn off. I replaced the light on the climate control about a month ago and maybe I messed it up. Did it before I saw your video and the plastic on the Auto button on both sides came off. Managed to put the new light and return the unit back on. Light still goes on and off. Anyway, the problem with the AC started. It is blowing outside temp air. Thought at first maybe the Freon so I tried to add some. Gauge said it’s not. To make the story short, I had it checked the same time as the service A and that’s when I was told that the compressor is bad. Did it but like i said, the EC won’t turn off . Any thoughts on this issue. So sorry for this lengthy comment. You’re kind enough to answer my question before on the seat cleaning and how to get the balm to restore them and worked very well, I should say. And that gave me this idea to bring you my dilemma. Hope you can help. Not a very mechanical guy but as you may notice, i try. I’m suppose to have the AC serviced on Tuesday as suggested so any input before then would really be helpful. Thanks again. Hi. I wanted to ask if you have ever had an issue with your w163. My W163 is making a sound that sounds like a deflating tyre when i releasse the brake pedal. But as soon as i press the brake pedal it goes away. The sound is coming from above the pedals but i cant pin point it. The car drives fine but that noise is constant and loud

The light on my 'AC Off' button is always on, which means the AC is always off. Pressing won't do any good, any idea what might cause this? There was leakage of gas which has been repaired, yet the light won't go away and AC not work. c180 230
