What Are The Infinity Stones? - Locations, History & Powers (Infinity War Theories)

What are the Infinity Stones? What are there history? Who created the infinity stones? Where are they now? Sam Bashor and New Rockstars are here to talk about them and specualte about Avengers Infinity War and what Thanos might do with the Infinity Gauntlet. As of right now, we know where the Tesseract or Space Stone, Time Stone, Realty Stone or Aether, Power Stone, and Mind Stone are located. The Space Stone was on Asgard and is now with Loki after Thor Ragnarok. The Mind Stone is inside Vision’s forehead while the Time Stone is inside the Eye of Agamotto protected by Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange. The Power Stone is protected by the Nova Corps on Xandar. Finally, the Collector is in the possession of the Aether aka Reality Stone over on Knowhere.
Each of the stones is incredibly powerful and most of their powers haven’t been seen in the MCU. It would be awesome to see what Thanos does with these stones in Avengers Infinity War. I like the acronym for the (original) locations of each Infinity Stone: T - Tessaract (Space) H - A - Aether (Reality) N - O - Orb (Power) S - Staff (Mind) “N” could refer to how the Eye of Agamotto might be worn like a “Necklace.” “H” might be something unused/unknown or represent that Gamorra was someone that Thanos held close to “Heart.”

I feel like it was initially meant to be the Ethernal Flame in Ragnarok, but they scrapped that idea before the release in favor of Black Panther (they did change a lot of stuff in Ragnarok both before and after production). The Flame was orange and used by Hela to resurrect an entire army, and it even got green in her hands like it is in the comics, so there's that. Not to mention that an ethernal flame sounds like a great way to describe a soul.

What about the Eternal Flame in Asgard. The thing Hela used to resurrect that undead army? Its orange and kind of has the same power as a soul gem. Asgard blows up when Hela fights off Surtur but gets picked up by Thanos when he arrives at Asgard to pick up the Space and Soul Gems? Thanos finds Asgard destroyed and then makes a b-line for Thor and Loki's ship to pick up the Space Gem.

A theory I also like about the Soul Stone as well as the ones mentioned in the video is that it was in fact shown in Thor: Ragnarok in the form of the Eternal Flame, it has some merit to it in that Hela uses it revive the dead in the film, it's orange (Like we expect the stone to be in the MCU) and the MCU has already shown that the stones can manifest in different forms with the Ether and Tesseract as examples.

Heindall has the Soul Stone. Not only is there an orange gem in his Armour, but his eye's glow orange. Nonetheless, Heindall can see throughout the universe and he gives the people of Asgard a safe haven, to protect them against Hella.

The Soul Gem should be in Adam Warlock's Forehead. Once he pops out of the cocoon. In the comics it was given to Him by the High Evolutionary, the foster father of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch, but this could've change. Either way I am very stoked that Adam Warlock is being introduced!
