Mam - For your kind information- में 100% गारंटी के साथ कह सकता हूँ पहली बार लड़की किसी लड़के के साथ फिजिकल रिलेशन तब बनाती है जब लड़का लड़की से शादी करने की बात कहता है, प्यार करता है, केयर करता है, रिस्पेक्ट करता है, लड़की को लड़के पर पूरा भरोसा हो जाता है की वह लड़का उसका ध्यान रखेगा, उससे हमेशा प्यार करेगा, उसके माँ बाप की इज्जत करेगा आदि…! Mam आपने कहा CJI ने कुछ मामलो में ये कहकर की लड़की ने अपनी मर्ज़ी से फिजिकल रिलेशन बनाया था तो यह रेप नहीं है केस ख़ारिज कर दिया और आपकी भी यही राय है! 1- समझदार ईमानदार लड़का/ लड़की हमेशा अपने करियर पर ध्यान देते है! 2- 99% लड़का लड़की से सिर्फ़ फिजिकल रिलेशन एंजॉयमेंट चाहता है, शादी वो अपने घर वालों की पसंद से ही करना चाहेगा! 3- मानाकी लड़के का इंटेंशन ग़लत नहीं था बाद में किसी वजह से लड़का माना कर रहा है लेकिन लड़की की फ़ीलिंग्ज़ का क्या, और लड़का इतना सक्षम नहीं था उसको माँ बाप का डर था या आगे क्या होगा नहीं समझ थी तो इतना गैरज़िम्मेदार व्यक्ति की वजह से किसी की लाइफ़ ख़राब हो गयी उसका क्या! लड़के को ये सब पहले सोचना चाहिय था कि उसकी ओकत है कि नहीं शादी करने की. Mam - CJI तक मेरी बात पोहचा दो आगे से फ़ैसला लेने में आसानी होगी - सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है फीलिंग, लेकिन उसके लिए कोई क़ानून नहीं है, कोर्ट को सिर्फ़ प्रूफ चाहिय की फिजिकल रिलेशन बना है या नहीं लेकिन में कहता हूँ फ़ीलिंग्ज़ का क्या! और ये लड़का लड़की दोनों कि लिये है! धन्यवाद।

Leaving aside false promise of marriage, which again is based upon stereotype that no women will enter intimacy unless there is marriage, but how inducement of money,job, promotion is different from prostitution as in that also, one use body against the consideration, which can be money or any other thing also. One may say, there involve practicing as profession but again, under question is specific transaction because if all went well, everything was ok, however, lets say, the other party is government servant, that that falls under corruption, which punishes both giver and taker of bribe. Another issue, why not make extort in lakhs including compensation, then really engaging in petty transactions. Such provision also promote honeytrapping in perfect legal mode causing extortion.

मेरा मानना है कि विवाह की असत्य प्रतिज्ञा जैसी कोई विधि (कानून) होनी ही नहीं चाहिए । यद्यपि ये नैतिकता अवश्य/ अनिवार्यतः होनी चाहिए कि जों वादा किया है निभाना पड़ेगा / चाहिए । क्योंकि जो महिला (पुरुष भी) जिसपर आरोप लगा रही / रहा है (सम्भोग के आधार पर) वह तो स्वयं स्वयं को दूसरे पर / से आश्रित / कमतर / inferior सिद्ध कर रही / रहा है । यदि स्त्री-पुरुष की समानता की बात करते हैं तो पुनः स्त्री को पुरुष पर आश्रित रहने को प्रोत्साहित करने वाली विधि क्यों बना रहे हैं ? (पुरुष विवाह करे अथवा कारागार / जेल जाए ) कितना धारणीय होगा ऐसा विवाह ?
