I have it and it’s just ok. The quality really isn’t all that great, but it’s fun to fidget around with. It’s more of a novelty type of knife.

The Boss prototype is extremely sharp and cuts plenty well. I've reviewed the cold Steel Espada XL on this channel. The edge is very mediocre and the cutting bevel is all over the place. Not the best fit/finish I've seen from cold steel. Hilariously overrated and overhyped knife. Will do the job fine but very few jobs will actually require that type of knife. Cold steel is excellent when it comes to marketing. That's for sure

Blade HQ sells the Dragonfly for around $70. It’s a fun little knife to fidget around with for a few minutes, but it’s not practical at all. When I unboxed it, I was really disappointed in how bad the quality was. It’s a neat little novelty type knife to have in your collection.

Man I think they are just made to look that way. That would be pretty high production cost to take actual sword blades and try to reproduce a knife with consistent measurements, and you'd have a hell of a time with consistent quality control. @@intercoursehandguns851

no for various reasons of design issues that would be inconvenient for such a job. also if it actually was.....it would be known for it and likely be outlawed due to public fear concerns exactly like switchblades and butterfly knives were subjected to.

I bought it off Blade HQ for about $70 a month ago, and was disappointed when unboxing it. It’s not practical and the quality is actually pretty bad. It’s fun to fidget around with for a few minutes. Really, it’s a novelty “cool factor” type of knife.

similar to cold steel triple action. that being said.... nah,pass, too hard to cut anything without opening the whole blade, a normal knife i can half fist and hold partially open to more easily cut things in public without waving metal about.
