Here's the summary: 1. Exercise regularly (most important. Do cardio exercises - after consulting your doctor in case). 2. Lose weight 3. Eat less carb and fat ( avoid sugar, vanaspati ghee, butter, deep fried item, processed food, cake, pastries, refined carbohydrate like Maida, etc) 4. Quit alcohol if possible, otherwise limit your intake to 2 pegs/day. 5. Consume fish at least twice/week. Or take Omega-3 supplements. 6. Drink more water (at least 2.5 - 3 lts/day). 7. Don't overeat/skip meals. 8. Quit smoking

In last June my triglyceride level reached at 625, maine Gym lagaya thaa our roz mai 8 Egg with Egg yolks khata tha due to which I also came in pre diabetic,, then started Rozat F,, Bisoheart 5 and reguler exercise,,,,,

Mine was almost 1000. I ma on medication for 6 yrs, and the lowest I was able to do is 269. Now I am on a strict diet and lost 25 lbs. I will post the new blood test in couple of weeks.

Good afternoon sir Recently I checked my lipid profile I am a diabetic since 2005 Age 57 years Weight 67 kg Height 166 cms I am taking Herbal food since last month The result as under Weight reduction from 69 kg to 67 kgs FBS. RISED FROM 120 to 145 PP. reduced from 225 to 190 Total cholesterol rises from 164 to 180 HDL. FROM 31 to 32 LDL from 89 to 102 VLDL FROM 42 to 47 Triglycerides from 211 to 235 I am non alcoholic and non smoker. Strictly following the diet. I have read triglyceride means oil and oil is not good for high triglyceride. Hence, we shouldn't take oil from any kind of food and fish and fish oil also form oil so avoid oil and also fish oil.
