Will an 80cc 2 stroke kit possibly fit on a bike with a really low top tube that's close to the down tube, and I mean the engine would be above the top tube instead of in-between the down tube and the top tube

1000watts is not enough to climb hills, gearless motors aren’t designed for loads. So, a 3000watt gearless hub wont climb hills like a 1000watt geared hub. 750watt geared hub is common and ideal for most folks
