Had a great call where the discussion was about a person who made a judgment based on what another uninvolved person in the situation spoke forth with vicious untruth and lies about another person.
Talk about accountability check!
First - when you are making a judgment - if you want to put yourself in that hot seat to be judged in - do you go to the source and get facts or do you take the word of others who are clueless and appear to be intimidated by a person doing what they could not themselves make the sacrifices to do.
So you choose to make up likes and assumptions that makes you speak as an a%#, showing how shallow and selfish you are to not come alone side and offer to help another in need but instead inflict verbal garbage and character assassination of someone who sacrifices self and relationships to step up to the plate and help.
Honestly, we have most all done it if we are truthful.
However I want to challenge you to guard your mouth, judge your heart and make the words you speak over or about another person be truthful, edifying and encouraging.
Every word you speak is sowing a harvest that you will reap now and in the generations to come.
The Bible says not to speak against God’s child. It goes so far as to say Woe to you.
So the next time you start to say something about someone…
Stop…
Judge your heart and why you’re saying it.
Decide if it needs to be said and is edifying and encouraging.
Examine the seed of your words and make sure that is the harvest you want to reap in bountiful supply against yourself and your children and children’s children.

Are you harboring wrongful judgements and treating another badly because of something you don’t know the situation from the source?
