Bob is always ready prepared and composed sure his voice has a raw edge but he is always in tune and his voice is always in tune

'Mercurial' is the word I would use to best describe Dylan as a bandleader. How else would he manage to get that thin, wild, mercurial sound? LOL

Asking your back up musicians to read your mind when you cant respect your own arrangement, has an element of hackery. Props to those great musicians for magically keeping up.

Yes, props to those great musicians. Bob’s not perfect, no, but he inspired great performances from his band. And he never has a bad word for anyone.
