@girl I wash and sterilize my Ziploc bags especially freezer bags if they can be saved I washed them and sterilize with a little bleach and turn them inside out and let them air dry. Don't waste Ziploc bags like that that's crazy😮 if they can be used again rinse them back out and use them

We are from the Caribbean and it's not perfect here so it is truly a blessing to be able to afford groceries

Quick tip for easy and quick use when ready for cooking when you get the meat b4 bagging jus wash clean meats fish etc... thn season them and place the amount you think you will need for tht day in the bags ..dont over fill the bags with meat ...easier to thaw out for use and then you just place start in the pot ..the meat and fish will be well flavored n marinated with the seasonings... much easier and convenient whn ready to cook...jus a suggestion!!!!

Just a tip, if you wash and season the fish or meat before freezing. While it is thawing it would be marinating as well before cooking, which results in more flavour being infused or you can add it directly to the pot to cook.
