नमस्कार सिद्धांत सर आशा करता हूं आप अच्छे होंगे मैं यह तो नहीं जानता कि मुझे एंग्जाइटी है या नहीं पर जो सिम्टम्स आपने बताएं उनमें से कुछ मुझे फील होते हैं बिना किसी मतलब के फ्रस्ट्रेशन होना किसी व्यक्ति से मिलने से डर लगना और घर से बाहर निकलना से डर लगना मैं मेडिटेशन करने की बहुत कोशिश करता हूं सर लेकिन यह समस्या है दूर नहीं हो पाती है

I have suffered anxiety for 6 years and only i know what it feels like..That time was like living hell for me ...But thank God i somehow recovered..Best way to recover from anxiety is to stay with people whom u feel safe with and in a friendly environment where those thoughts never comes to your mind..It takes time but you will surely recover..

Sir apka bahut dhanyawad... Mai 2019 se anxiety disorder suffer kr raha tha.. tab maze nahi smj aa raha tha mere sath ho kya raha hai.. har din aysa lag raha tha ki ye mera aakhri din hai.. log muze pagal smjne lage the mere Ghar vale bhi tension me aa gaye the ki apna ladka pagal to nahi ho jayega.. lekin mene apne aapko accept karna shuru kiya kafi doctors ko badla akhir mi homeopathy se iklaj kiya doctor ne muze kafi sahi se guide kiya.. or main chid mene kuchse kafi jyada affords Dale apni soch ko badlne me. Gym, meditation, running.. or aaj Jake me 95% bahar nikal chuka hu.. abhi ye video dekh ke kafi accha laga. Awareness Ani chahiye kuyi lok misconceptions bana lete hai or iska bohot gehra asar hota hai unpar Jo isse juj rahe hai...... Thank you 😊

Anxiety attack.... क़्या बात हैं सर जो जो बात आपने इस वीडिओ मै कही है हर एक बात 100% सही हैं क्योंकि मै भी इससे गुजर चूका हु... और बस मै ये वीडियो देखने वालों से यही कहुगा की जो जो सर ने इस वीडियो मै बताया हैं की ये है क्या क्यों होती है टाइप और उपाय.... एक दम सही है... हजारों रूपये खर्च करने पर कई सारे डॉक्टर से इलाज कराने पर और हॉस्पिटल मे डॉक्टर के इंतजार मै समय बर्बाद करने पर जो बात सही से समझ नहीं आती बो... बाते आज इन सर ने फ्री मै..... आज लाखो लोगो को बतादि है बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर.... 🙏

I have gone through depression ,anxiety and panic attacks and I have come out of it .So to anyone facing it please don't worry it is not a disease and can be completely cured by just changing the way you see this world and correcting your belief system . for eg Few students take extreme steps in case of failure while others are completely fine with the failure so the reason is only the belief system .So if one start believing that failiure doesn't mean that you can't be successful in life ,then you will never take wrong steps.The same thing goes with other aspect of life

Muje 5 ya 6 mahine phle kafi anxiety hoti thi har jgah jane se drta tha lgta tha khaien bi heart attack aa jaega and digestion kafi bigad gya tha and mere pure shrarir mein dard hone lga tha muscle tight ki wajah se mene fir doctor ko consult kiya aur usne muje kaffi medicines di but mahine baad dbaai lene ke baad mene dbaii Lena bnd kr di aur khud pr kaam krna shuru kiya meditation running bgerah ki and life ko positive lena shuru kiya tabse anxiety bilkul khtm . Lesson from it only you personally can handle anxiety no medicines no doctor neither anyone can cure it. Agr medicines lene lg gye toh uski adaat padd jaegi so work on urself do things which afraid you most . Joh bi anxiety se guzar rha h ap ghbrana mat yeah apko majboot bnaegi future mein it is curable belive in yourself it's only phase of life just let it go mein is se guzar chuka hun extreme level anxiety se tabhi bol rha hun if i can cure it you all too there ..

Thank you so much for the lecture Sir... I used to stammer little bit it only happens when I'm in not in good mood or nervousness because of inferiority factor that now has been turn into phobia of it.. Whenever I want to talk to someone who is at higher level than me then my heartbeats goes up, I start shivering and it leads to stammering and also I lost the strength of my voice..!! But Sir I'm working on relaxation techniques Thanks Sir..🙏🙏🙏🙏

I think in most cases, causes for Anxiety, and depression is Started/Tiggered more from our House Enviornment, lack of understanding, Lack of Awarness, and ignoring childs mental health!

ek level ke baad panic atack koi vi trigger pe ata hai jyada happiness or tension both condition me exited hone se aa jata hai, from last 3-4 years I am controlling by exercise, meditation, talking with people, freinds and at the time of attack slowly breathing and closing your fist, just stop everythingwhat you doing or thinking will be helpful

Muje bhot jyada chinta hoti hai ...Meri job or future ko lekr.....Agr kisi se baat kru to sab hsi udate hai ...Papa muje thoda bhot samjhte hai.....Gov.job k exam ho nhi rhe hai. Or ghr ki condition ko dekhke to yhi lgta hai ki me kisi k liy kuch nhi kr pa rhi hu....

Anxiety is not a disorder people who have active esp extra sensory perception has anxiety they feel anxiety while travelling in fast trains bikes cars ...and afraid of climbing walls... And lifts... We as fellow human beings should help them. To overcome there anxiety and train them there esp to betterment of humanity or else they will go under ocd obsessive compulsive disorder....

Bhaiya mujhe bike ka phobia he agar bike koi aur drive kr rha ho aur mein piche betha hun to jese hi vo speed badata he meri body stiff ho jati he temporarily. Isse kese treat karoon🙏

mujhe social anxiety disorder hai. Iss anxiety disorder mein public dealing mein bahut problem hoti hai. Mujhe bahut hi nervousness hoti hai public ke beech mein. Isski wajha se mera career bahut suffer kiya hai. main 30 sal ka hogya hu aur abhi bhi apne career mein kahi nahi badh paya beacuse maine kayi opportunities ko jane diya apne public dealing ke fear ki wajha se. Those who are suffering from any form of anxiety disorders I urge you to seek the professional help as soon as possible. Anxiety disorders greatly impact your quality of life. In most cases anxiety disorder and depression go hand in hand. You will feel misunderstood and alone. kayi log suicide bhi karte hein iski wajha se.
