Get help before it gets worse. Trust me, you do not want to fall into the trap of creating your own reality as a response to the increasing stress and distrust of others. Once you open that door, there's no going back. Become aware of how your paranoia turns into a self fufilling prophecy, and remind yourself of this constantly so you don't fall into insanity

I do, that's actually worse than thinking that everything you are paranoid about makes sense, because you can see yourself drift into the loop, but it's extremely hard to *slow down* Plus, often you Need to think more about your actions and words because you have to remember that some thoughts you have, actually make no sense, that's also super hard

To me paranoia is a lot like a different kind of schizophrenia. People who make me feel paranoid seem like they are talking about me but the message is not about me or the message is always half truth at best if it's about me or they can be complete lies at worst. Paranoia also seems to be a kind of anti-psychic state of mind where about 90% of information that makes me feel paranoid is false or half lies and the other 10% is false at the moment but turns out to be a prediction about the future that turns out to be true in the future.

Masses can be involved in delusions as well, like during the McCarthy era persuing communists, or during nazism persuing jews, or lookinh for gold during the goldrush. It depends on the realism (right or wrong take on reality) which demands a chance potential equation (in quantum reality), which on its turn can be true or false in the reality it does or does not live in.

I am using spacetime geometry for it. There are two overlapping dimensions: one is the decided/ the overlapping one undecided (the cat in the box is dead and alive). But can be foretold. During (or before) Mcarthy the Russions had overtaken eastern Europe, instead of liberating it, so this foretells they were politically unreliable. As soon as members in society in the US are curious about communism, they become unreliable as well. The insert of the parallel in the second dimension. Since finding gold is the shortest way to get rich/ and land in the west was free to obtain; just be the first to mark it; this creates the parallel of the goldrush. As soon as someone finds a goldnugget. Interesting stuf, right?

@@petervandenengel1208 It is interesting, yes! But other than the brief reference to Schrödingers cat and historical examples of mass paranoid and hysteria, I can't really make the connection fully. I know there is some overlap between probability and "topology" or "geometry" when talking about quantum mechanics, but how does that tie in with mass psychology and socioogy? Are you saying that a mass shift in cognitive bias has an impact on reality? What do you mean specifically with dimensions, when I think of dimensions I think of the number of values in a set of data, or the number of axis in a geometric space. I normally would not think of quantum mechanics as something that has any major impact or relation to things at a macroscopic scale, especially not an abstract thing like public conception and perception.
@petervandenengel1208
@petervandenengel1208 4 жыл бұрын
Yes, a mass shift in cognitive bias has an impact on reality. Because perception creates consiousness and consiousness is expressed in communication, which means copying, which leads to action, or behavioral patterns. When the subject concerns a mass interest. Dimensions are entanglements of space involved in a time spin. They overlap each other. So there is no such thing as a singular time. One of the big mistakes of natural physical theorists in Einsteins time and after. Most still believe this is true.

These cases are not tricky at all once you recognize all religious beliefs are delusions to one degree or another. When a religious belief makes you kill, not classifying that as a form of insanity is bizarre.

Because penal psychiatry is against the cultural values of these "liberal" "democratic" "countries" which is what the diagnosis process would quickly devolve into. I get it, I am all for state atheism too but after having spent over half a decade fighting myself out of the psychiatric system after a minor political disagreement during a tangent, which was initiated by the psychiatrist lead to me getting diagnosed with a life destroying diagnosis. It can quickly get quite harmful and turn into a sort of "weapon of psychological mass destruction" where dissenting convictions and beliefs are declared delusional and thus persecuted under the guise of "care", especially in a modern world like this where information is almost entirely controlled by private and state actors.

I don't know why this clip is so short...it doesn't represent his full set of ideas (his book 'Madness Explained' is pretty good), and he only loosely references the sources of the key ideas...but he certainly isn't guessing, he's been a prolific researcher (30 years I think he said), with lots of research publications in peer reviewed journals (rather than just lengthy opinion papers)... he's speaking to a lay audience I think, so simplifying and trying to bring the subject alive using various examples...and definitely he's saying we don't have the full picture, let's investigate further to try to understand better...but I'd be interested in your ideas about differences between different kinds of extreme beliefs...
