This is two songs thatthey released at the same time, I imagine to capitalize on the fact that they were on Coachella and everyone was talking about them, bit they didn’t have a full release ready to go. If you wanna check out a different kind of heavy, Dying Wish is a newer band that has a very 2007 metalcore feel in the instrumentation, and Emma’s vocals go hard. Torn From Your Silhouette is a banger.

I am super glad you watched both videos because they are a 2 part series but are separate songs. Also knocked loose is commonly compared to a different bad called kublai khan tx and they have a song compared to these called "theory of mind". If you enjoyed this then you should check that song out. They are very different song but i love them both. Enjoy the journey!

I’m surprised people think this is heavier than Paleface. It doesn’t really even strike me as more aggressive tbh. It’s a different feel, but not higher or lower on the scale I don’t think, unless you think low tuning=heavy. Anyway, for anyone who just wants super angry shit, Orphan, Methwitch, Full of Hell, Pains, Nails, RØT, and Reflections always stuck out to me. Happy listening!

Knocked Loose is certainly better than Paleface in my opinion. That’s no offense to Paleface. They’re very good. Some songs have those kinda Corey Taylor cringey laughs. But objectively Paleface is for sure heavier. Knocked Loose is still plenty heavy enough though. I more prefer hardcore beatdown to the deathcore beatdown so I’m biased. But ultimately I agree with you. Preface is heavier. I’m gonna add my own bands for people into aggressive music: Boundaries, Chamber, Degrader, Kublai Khan, incendiary, END, Nasty, Katahdin, Varials, Jesus Piece, Orthodox, Bodysnatcher, Vatican, Dealer, Mugshot, Mouth for War, Distinguisher, Vein, Sanction, Sunami

Totally understand. I get the same disinterest with the callouts that last almost a full minute. Luckily, Please End Me didn’t have any, so hopefully they’re going away lol

You guys may not like the laughter/long call outs but at the end of the day that’s the sound they are going with and you’ll just have to deal with it. I don’t mind it honestly even if it’s used a lot cause these guys are that insane I think it fits. But overall I will also say Knocked Loose is a better band than Paleface but I love both of them equally🤘🏾

I don't find Knocked Loose THAT heavy in honesty, they're just very aggressive and have lots of breakdowns like a million and one other hardcore bands.
