The steps are longer when you increase the speed, not the opposite I mean, look at the length, he increases it when he goes faster, a common rookie mistake is to try to increase the length of your strides to go faster, so you end up running like 140 strides per minute when you should aim for around 180 (I committed this mistake myself😂) No I always try to go around 180, still I only can maintain 2:10 pace for 200m haha

I've found out there is a technique where you can "infinitely" accelerate, you don't get a fast acceleration, but you get a huge top speed, the only thing is that it is dangerous since your body gets hot enough to make you die from heart attack or overheat your body.
@ollierobertson-kurdАй бұрын
Woah! What is this technique?
@VortexVisionStudiosАй бұрын
It goes about physics and body things, it's hard, but not impossible, even if it accelerates you, it's only for a short time since it consumes lot of stamina. It goes by using every single possitive effect in benefit of your speed. Like a pose that makes you get less air push, forcing you to move even faster, etc. . . I could tell in jokes that I'll use it to run to the work if there is no bus. Haha.
