Solid video - Not related to this video but still waiting on your episode for varicoceles! Would love to know if very high TT, low FT and high SHBG can be a result of a varicocele and if you think TRT is a viable option over surgery/ embo. I know you’ve talked about your varicocele and it sounds like you went the TRT route. I know a lot of us out there would appreciate an episode on this since the majority of docs don’t believe varicoceles have an impact on testosterone. Thanks!

50g is huge in those stupid carb counting apps. use your birth date as μg = micrograms i.e., 1972 μg = micrograms (slightly less than 2g) is probably still too much to consume in a day. all carbs ruin your body. any mammalian creature. no exceptions, they harm your internal organs, seen in liver damage often first, or most any cancer, doesn’t particularly matter the place or organ. but. if you want a shorter lifespan and limited healthspan ... then continue to use grams I guess. very (Obs.) concept, harming the masses.
