You could get yourself a copy of learning to ride (www.dvsabooks.com/the-official-dvsa-guide-to-learning-to-ride-book) and start reading up on the CBT elements. You'll need to understand them and the skills required to deliver them. You might also want to advance your own riding, to develop your forward planning, as you will have to think for the 2 bikes in front of you so you can give them coaching and direction.
