Could you show some of Milton? Specifically maybe showcase that 300k-ish (which isnt really much around Sarasota anymore) is enough to get a nice home and some land. Ive seen alot of .75+ acre lots, 3/2 1700sqft is my minimum for looking around up there. But plenty even up to 3+ acre, at that same 300-350k price range, you may just have to settle for a 2/2 instead. Land in SWFL is freaking gobbled up. Nice to see some decent chunks available up there.

The airport is pretty big so take offs are actually pretty far away. I lived on that road for 3 years and never noticed it.
