Very interested in eastern Tennessee, probably within this next year. Specifically 1 story house. Been looking in Knoxville area mainly around Loudon. But would be interested in Johnson City. Not looking for acreage

We have many new construction homes that are one level with smaller lots. Johnson City has less traffic and everything you need!

We are thinking of moving up there but can't afford the 400 range. Prices are starting to come down a little here in Fl. Any chances prices are coming down up there in the near future?
