@@catbreath007 but I thought employers can only do DBS checks if meets a specific criteria. Working with the vulnerable, kids etc? Cause Ive got an interview with my council working on the bins soon and I can't seem to find on gov website that bin jobs for the council need dbs checks. Certain roles do but not a refuse loader. I've been convicted before and I just don't want it to ruin my chances
