Intermittent fasting is awesome. About 10 years ago I let my weight go up to a little over 210. I used intermittent fasting for about 6 months or so (with insane workouts) to get down to around 155. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Thank you for checking out my video, and for commenting!

It was kind of one of those things I have wondered about. I had always heard how difficult it was and wanted to give it a try. I'd like to go for a week sometime in the near future. I've been reading about a lot of the health benefits from it.

I can't believe I didn't wake up to be honest. My dogs are used to me waking up and making them a peanut butter sandwich or something like that. They were judging me the next day because I didn't haha!

It was soooooo good, but made me feel soooooooo bad hahahaha
