Thank you Pastor John and Tony for remaining faithful to Our Lord and His will to reach the lost and shepherd the sheep of the kingdom through these podcasts. What a blessing they are and will be until the end of days for listeners everywhere. They’ve helped keep me sharpened and answered much of my questions throughout my walk with God and I just want to thank you so much for your efforts and for the pivotal role you’ve both played in my life, growing up from a young teen Christian to a grown man of God with a wife and two children. I love you brothers and hope to meet you both some day if the Lord wills it so. May God continue to bless you both and your families and ministries. - Cristian M.

@@BENJAMINJAMESSMITH2000hey Ben, I see you asking this question around. I would like to give you my reason, and I believe that it is the reason also given by the Bible. It is not an intelligectual matter, although I see no flaws in the logic of the Bible. It is because of the miraculous event that Christ calls being born again. Many people try to have theological arguments online to convert people, but it is only by the will of Christ that people are brought out of blindness and the state of being spiritually dead. God put conviction in my heart to call me to Him, and He enabled me to follow that call. I sought God because I feared for the state of my life and I knew that while I knew the biblical answers I did not know Him. And when I called, He answered. He showed up. Where I used to see and hear nothing, I now see and hear Him. Jesus was very deliberate when He called it being born again. A person can not be born or rise from the grave by their own will. The word of God will remain closed off and obscured from you unless God, by His own will, brings you from darkness to light. I say this from what I read in scripture and from my own experience. Sit down with a Bible and pray to God that He would open your eyes and reveal Himself to you. If you don't have the desire to do that, pray for the desire and do it anyway. Your entire existence has so much to do with God that it might as well have nothing to do with anything else. Seek Him like life depends on it, because it does. And it is a life far greater than anything physical. The physical life exists as an image of this far greater life. I hope so strongly for you, bro. Just trust. Read the New Testament and look closely to see if what I say is true. God showed up for me after 18 years of being basically dead. And I would compare it to death even if by the world's measurement it was normal. That's how great it is to be with God. I hope you will know Him as He knows you.

I believe there is part of the Christian walk that is universal and part that is personal. God is infinite enough to have a personal relationship with all of the Christians alive and in heaven all at the same time. And to each person it can be unique. Some ppl He probably does talk to audibly. To some He comes to through the miraculous. But He doesn't work the same with everyone

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” ‭‭James‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Father God, I pray for our brother Jonathan right now, that your Holy Spirit may be with him in his heart, mind and soul, shaping him to be the man YOU call him to be. The redeemed and regenerated spirit who is transformed by the renewing of his mind and looks only to you for his joy and his guidance in this life of suffering. I pray that you show him his trust can be firmly rooted in you no matter the situation he may be in. Give him eyes to see you and ears to hear you, Father! We love our brother Jonathan even though we may have never met or maybe never will meet in this life, God. But we pray for his heart and soul Lord, that we may be able to meet each other on Your Day, Jesus, in heaven. John 14:6( Jesus my Lord and my savior in Christ too said.) "6 Jesus answered, " I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father( God, my Father in heaven ) except through me."( John 14:6 Zondervan NIV Study Bible) May God bless you( John 3:16( God loves you) and John 3:16 also stresses to trust in Jesus for eternal life too. Spiritual is to walk in Gods gifts. His anointing should be on all of His followers. They should cast out demons, heal the sick and have spiritual gifts like the gift of prophesy,visions, dreams that are from out Lord. Etc…

1 Corinthians 3:1 AND I, brethren, could not speak unto you as spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. God bless you. May your spiritual eyes be opened wide in the name of Jesus Christ.

Each Believer is striving to learn and please the Lord. Some more mature than others. I don't think it's a good thing to tell anyone that they're not spiritual enough.
