Occupational therapy (OT) and Sensory Integration focuses on wholistic development in children and work on buildings skills such as gross and fine motor, motor planning, activities of daily living, balance and coordination etc.
At Children First, Occupational Therapists work with children with developmental differences such as Autism Spectrum, ADHD, global delays and so on. Our intervention involves specific sensory-based activities such as exploration of different textures, movement-based activities, swings etc. These activities are designed in a way to make it playful, goal-oriented and provide a "just right" challenge for each child.
