March of last year during my last trip to the USA, (2023) I was once again in New Orleans, reviewing all the locations of the filming of King Creole and, each time my heart races, then my visit to Graceland, just to bring my respect and love to ELVIS at the Garden of Meditations allows me to wait for my next trip! Legendary Performer Vol 2 was released on 8th January 1976. My Dad bought it for me on Saturday 10th January 1976 in Liverpool. I was 10.

Hi Steve, watching your fabulous show Monday morning in NYC. My favorite scene is 4 encore, a memorable scene. This movie is a classic and proved Elvis was a great actor. I own (except for two)all Elvis movies and watch Elvis them quite often. He made many very good movies. Unfortunately some of the later movies were not so good but he fans seemed to like them any way. Elvis made a lot of money making movies good or bad and for a poor boy from Tupelo, I'm guessing that was a great incentive. In the end he either regretted some of the movies, got bored or just wanted to get back to live performances. Either way we have all those movies to look back on and love Elvis over and over again. The best thing about an Elvis movie is...Elvis. Another great show in the books or the can or whatever the saying is ❤ Thanks Steve.

❤my phone froze right before the livestream ended - I have been wanting to ask you a question -which coincidentally has to do with King Creole. I was wondering - in the scene where Elvis sings Crawfish … was that filmed on the balcony of that supposed super haunted mansion in New Orleans ? the LaLaurie House? I was watching a video about that house and thought the side of it, the balcony area looks like the location where he came out of the window and sang Crawfish? I was hoping you might know?
