People don’t understand how IMPORTANT hormones are and they obviously don’t understand that dieting so hard for so long destroys your body

I don't understand why she just doesn't come out and say she had an eating disorder? Being underweight, binging, over exercising, counting every calorie, being so food focused wasn't healthy. I am glad that being all in worked for her but I mean I think she should acknowledge that eating disorders are a mental disorder that requires therapy.

I feel that majority of people who criticized your “All in” journey have an underlying bad relationship with food, body image, or fear of obesity. But that’s their personal issue and shouldn’t imply it to others. So proud of you and your achievement to body acceptance and being the true meaning of health 💛

The fact that people thought you had reached obesity at your heaviest when you were well within the average range shows just how misconstrued the understanding of what a normal woman body type is. As always, thanks for sharing your journey with us and educating us along the way.

I love her switching locations to show off her degrees. The fact that people argue with her despite her education and research-driven videos baffles me

people don’t understand that she didn’t focus on weight gain , her goal was to increase leptin levels and fix those hunger levels , and it’s clearly worked and showed so many benefits. she looks amazingggg

I hate how a lot of people said she got fat, I feel like she only looked that way because she started so lean.

Hi Stephanie. I'm a younger viewer of yours (high school age) and I would like to share some things with you. First of all, I would like to express how extremely grateful I am to have come across you on KZfaq. At first, I was attracted to your cheat days, but I stayed for the fitness content and enjoyed following your journey. As of recent, you've inspired me to go on a little journey of my own and it was the best thing ever!

Your definition of health has to be the best description I’ve ever come across. Wow. When I was at what was considered a “healthy weight” I’d lost my period, was anxious, starving, unhappy, extremely food focused, stressed & insecure. It just goes to show that it’s very difficult to define someone’s health, wellbeing and quality of life purely based on the way they look.

Having an ED is terrible. I remember my binging and dieting cycles - eating too little and overexercising for a few months and then eating way too much for a few months cause I was hungry all the time. Hope you get better
