What experts think you should know about UL9540 codes and standards for battery storage

The presentation will feature experts in the field who perform testing and certification work at different stages, including in the design of technical standards for testing and in the lab to verify testing.

1:07:40 Larry Kane says cooling the battery while its going through a runaway event would prolong the fire. Am I missing something? that just didn't make sense to me, any one with a take on that?

Why is there no mention of LiFePO4 batteries? I would expect they are treated distinctly differently than LI.

@@christhebrit1691 I stand corrected, they do touch upon it momentarily- since virtually all systems are not LI, but are LiFePO4 I feel more time should be appropriate- cheers 🍻
