we're to a point where the so-called Justice /judicial system is so packed with autocrats and the Constitution is whatever they claim it is. judges are the closest thing to an unchallageable monarchy system within America.

The problem is the Constitution is not written very well. Take for instance the 2nd Amendment. It states that because A well regulated Militia is necessary to protect the free State, the people shall have the right to keep and bear arms. The assumption it makes is that a well regulated Militia would necessarily be made up of "The People who would need to be Armed". It is a little vague as to who "The People" are. Are they all people? Obviously not, because slaves were not free to bear arms and Woman were barred from service in the Militia. Also it pretty much left out mentally incompetent people as it required some mental abilities to operate a muzzleloading flintlock. The 2nd Amendment also neglects to define an arm and what it means to bear arms. Being that the authors of the Constitution and the Amendments would consider that the customs of the day would be the governing rule, little detail was given to these questions when they formalized and passed this constitutional amendment - assuming that it was obvious what is meant. As time has passed and as weapons (arms) have become very complex and much more lethal (and easy to use by mentally incompetent people) it requires that the people provide more guidance. And that is why we have a bunch of gun laws.

All gun laws are unconstitutional infringements. Anyone who upholds them is guilty of a federal felony, US Code Title 18, Section 242, Deprivation of rights under color of law. Your constitutional rights can only be taken away through due process of law. However, once you’re no longer under due process, you should get your rights back. Sadly, no one has enough spine to criminally charge these politicians who infringe on the 2A.

If it was truly a “deferred adjudication” probation in Texas, then no, it does not count as a conviction. In Texas, deferred means that the court is deferring finding you guilty for a set amount of time and, if you successfully complete that time period, the court won’t find you guilty but will instead dismiss your case.

Take records of that dismissal to your city hall to have it expunged if it isnt already then try again. If that doesnt work, You'll probably then need a lawyer.

From what I've gathered, if its a felony you were in there for then yup even if you have served your time you will still be violated, until you pay more money to other humans who have labeled you, to un-label you. I think its BS and may be different in every state but this is how it is in NC. I hate it too!! My bro threw me under the bus and used my name to get out of an arrest, i had to prove it wasn't me in court, yet the charges he got are still on my record until i pay money to other humans to wipe it clean again,, oooooh it makes me sooo mad, I really can't stand an egotistical human who is soo dead set on tyranny! You can by federal pardon if you have a federal crime but if your state gives it back to you for a state conviction then your good

And being there, only thing left was a POTUS PARDON! OH HELL, MAYBE I SHOULD ASK FJB FOR ONE? what ya think, it couldnt hurt!!!

depends on your state uyou may be able to have them expinged or set asside to regain your rights but need to speak to a lawyer in your state
