What Ferrari JUST REVEALED Is INSANE!

▶︎▶︎ Ferrari made a huge discovery in Suzuka that was backed by the 4 places Leclerc managed to cover after the quite disappointing qualifying session, as well as Sainz prevailing victorious in the battle with Norris for P3. However, with the ultimate goal of beating Red Bull, the data shows that even though Ferrari are still far behind, the step they have made is quite large and the Austrian team will definitely have something to worry about for the remainder of this season. With this in mind, could the Imola upgrades turn out to be the ‘missing piece’ of the puzzle for Ferrari, and more importantly, how big of a step they have made in Suzuka without even introducing upgrades?

As a ferrari fan, best they can hope for is second in the constructors and take advantage of a few wins if the red bulls struggle at certain tracks. The competent strategies and low tire degradation is a step in the right direction.

To be honest, I think Ferrari winning the driver championship is quite unrealistic, but if these upgrades work out well, and Perez will drive slightly worse, Ferrari may genuinely be able to win the constructors this year

@FormulaTodayF1 That's quite optimistic and hoping perez drives like it's 2023 again, and have to hope for a few mechanical failures as well. Would love the 16-year contructor drought to be broken this year, but I'll be happy with decent strategies and them being competitive throughout the year. Baby steps, I suppose. Cheers

Ferrari definitely needs to take a huge step forward soon to start catching redbull cause the longer they wait the harder it will be.

Imola will have a huge set if upgrades for Ferrari and it would be a very close match between the SF24 and the RB20

They make a big step in the winter bro next step may be in imola. If not for me isn’t a big problem. They are on right path and they know what they are doing and that is the most important think. Just don’t forget were they was and were they are now.

Ferrari did some nice progress from 2023 but VER yet again finished 20+ sec in front of them in Suzuka and that is not small gap. We still need to see what will Ferrari bring to Imola.. for now Red Bull is still pretty much dominant in 2024.. let`s hope it is going to be nice battle during the season..

so.. let me sum it up for you : 1 RB brought big updates in Suzuka. 2 They had brand new PU's on both their car. 3 Suzuka was the perfect track for their car charachteriystic.. 4: looking at Verstappen times and tire degradation, we can see he didnt save his tires, and was pushing. and despite all this ferrari wasm only 20sec behind....... Wait and see...

If charles qualifies 2nd or 3rd.. he may finish 1st or 2nd in the race.. redbull tyre degradation more than ferrari.. charles race pace really solid.. but he needs to perform qualifying.. he cant put his right temperature window for qualifying lap.. redbull biggest strength is drs.. and straight line speed with downforce.. if ferraris imola upgrades works they may constructers contenders..

To bring the fight to RedBull, Ferrari would have to outdevelop them over the course of the season and it has never been their strong suit So yeah I don't believe it will be the case but who knows, maybe they'll find something for next year

@@YakoubBelayadi Because Sainz is clearly out driving Le Clare. And there focus isn't even on Sainz car as they would be favoring the driver their keeping. And keeping knowledge that may be shared with his next team away from him as is standard procedure.
